I’m a system-minded UX designer who enjoys working on problems where the interface is only one part of the challenge. My work often sits between business rules, operational workflows, technical constraints, and the people who need to make sense of them.

I'm especially interested in finding the right place for complexity to live—what users need to understand, what the system can handle for them, and how an experience can remain clear as requirements grow.
